after spending years in various jobs and positions we decided to put our expereince into a venture that would combine different aspects of the industry. We wanted to put a new spin on how computers, consumer electronics, and digital entertainment/media is created, sold, and distributed |
| what we aim to do |
we want to build a more intimate and involved relationship between consumers and the products they buy. We would like for consumers to have more direct 'say' in how products are developed, marketed and sold. We would also like to create a more educated customer base, we believe this will force us to create and provide better products, listen more intently to consumer choice, and foster a stronger and more lasting realtionship with the most important people we can think of...YOU...the perosn who actually has to sit down, use, and hopefully enjoy our products |

we arent simply concerned with the bottom line for today...we are more concerned with our customer relationship for tommorrow. Our goal here at Orbits is to NOT sell the customer a product, but build a forward moving relationship. We offer classes, we help educated and train, we allow you to come in and kick the tires constantly...virtually 24 hours a day. We provide an environment where REAL things happen between people and the goods....test it out...play a game..join a tournament...turn it on....surf with it...take your time relax....get comfortable with your potential buy.....use the THING....and tell us what you think ...if you like it...you buy it....if not....then try the other one over there... |
